More Than What You Wear

Dress for Success is a global nonprofit dedicated to helping women achieve economic independence. While the organization is widely recognized for providing professional clothing, its work goes far beyond getting dressed for an interview.

Through career coaching, workplace development tools, skills training and an ongoing network of support, Dress for Success helps women prepare for employment, succeed at work and build more secure futures for themselves and their families.

Since beginning its work in 1997, Dress for Success has grown to include 130 network members across 15 countries and has helped more than 1.3 million women worldwide.

Experiencing the Mission Firsthand

We recently had the opportunity to spend a volunteer day with Dress for Success, and seeing the organization’s work firsthand made this partnership feel even more meaningful.

There is so much thought, care and dignity behind the experience they create for every woman who walks through their doors. The clothing matters—but so does the encouragement, personal attention and feeling that someone is genuinely invested in your success.

We left the day feeling inspired by the organization, its volunteers and, most importantly, the women it serves.
